One subscription for your Teams, SharePoint & Power Apps needs

Billing operates on a standard 31-day cycle. Suppose you sign up, we audit your environment and build a new flow over 18 days, and then your team wants to test it for a few weeks before building the next feature. You can pause your subscription. The remaining 13 days of service stay safely banked in your account to use whenever you're ready to restart.

For new clients, Month 1 typically kicks off with our comprehensive 10-day Power Platform Sprawl Audit and stabilization sprint. We inventory every app, flow, and connector in your tenant, eliminate orphaned credentials, fix fragile workflows, and deliver a prioritized roadmap. You then use the remainder of Month 1 to begin executing that roadmap! If your tenant is already documented and stable, we can dive straight into your app backlog on Day 1.

You can add as many requests to your backlog as you'd like (via Microsoft Teams or Planner). We prioritize them together, and work is delivered sequentially. For standard requests (modifying a Power Automate flow, creating a SharePoint list schema, building a Power App screen), turnaround is usually 48–72 hours. For larger systems (such as a multi-screen Power App or end-to-end departmental SharePoint & Teams workspace), we deliver iterative working milestones every few days until the project is complete.

That is completely fine! You can subscribe for Month 1, receive the complete 10-day diagnostic, risk inventory, and remediation roadmap, and then pause or cancel your subscription before the next cycle renews. You own all deliverables completely with zero long-term commitment.

By keeping our scope laser-focused on these tools, we deliver fast, reliable, secure business tools and AI agents that live right inside your existing Microsoft tenant—with zero third-party software subscriptions, no external servers, and no unmaintainable custom code.

To ensure rapid delivery and top-tier architectural quality, we do not support enterprise ERP or CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Model Driven Apps or Business Central. We also do not build external customer-facing SaaS websites or provide general helpdesk IT support. Our specialty is strictly internal business tools, workflows, AI agents, and collaboration inside Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Seamlessly. Most MSPs are thrilled to hand off custom Power Apps, SharePoint architecture, and automations because those fall outside standard helpdesk SLAs. We coordinate directly with your IT provider for any tenant-level permissions or app registrations required.
